I was born in Avignon, a historical town in the South of France, and raised in an environment of quality cuisine from an early age growing up around my parents restaurants.
My career started in Michelin starred restaurants, before becoming a private chef for high end clientele. I have catered for intimate dinners through to large parties, with great attention paid to guest preferences from classic to modern.
I design my menu utilising seasonal products, and taking from my Mediterranean roots, a passion for Asian cuisine. I hope to exhibit a unique blend of creative flair and passion for food that covers all dietary needs without compromising flavour.
